Alvara is a platform company reinventing how global trade, trust, and consumer intelligence come together. We’re building data infrastructure that connects source to shelf, enabling radically transparent supply chains, participatory commerce, and real-time behavioral insights across physical and digital environments.
Our first vertica, consumer wellnes, proves what this platform can do: track ethically sourced commodities from farm to shelf, verify integrity through smart packaging, and learn directly from customer interaction. But that’s just the beginning. Alvara is architected to scale into any industry where trust, data, and human behavior intersect.
With a blockchain-backed sourcing engine, an AI-native operating system (AlvaraAI), and a flagship retail lab launching in Miami, we’re not just launching a product, we’re building the next generation of intelligent, ethical infrastructure. We’re backed by leading partners and assembling a founding team that blends systems thinking, cultural fluency, and operational rigor.
If you're ready to build the future of commerce and redefine what companies owe their communities: this is your moment.
The Role
Alvara is hiring a Regulation & Compliance Analyst to help define, document, and manage the company’s compliance systems across product integrity, data governance, ethical sourcing, and customer safety. This is a core operational role responsible for translating complex legal and regulatory frameworks into internal
workflows, tools, and controls.
Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations, this role is central to how Alvara maintains its operational integrity across U.S. and international markets. You will work cross-functionally with Product,
Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to ensure all compliance frameworks are actionable, auditable, and scalable.
Key Deliverables in the First 12–18 Months
• Build and maintain Alvara’s internal compliance tracker and document repository
• Design and support implementation of workflows for FDA, FTC, CCPA, GDPR, and ESG reporting
• Create SOPs for labeling, product safety, ingredient disclosure, and claims validation
• Conduct audits of supplier documentation, including ethical sourcing certifications and COAs
• Partner with Product and Legal to ensure marketing language, packaging, and digital UX are compliant with relevant laws
• Assist with regulatory preparation for international expansion and export frameworks
• Track changes to relevant laws and ensure internal policies stay aligned with evolving regulations
• Support cross-functional training and internal documentation across teams
• Assist in preparing compliance materials for investor due diligence and board review
Who You Are
You are a detail-obsessed compliance professional who knows how to turn regulations into real systems. You thrive at the intersection of operations, legal frameworks, and accountability. You’re able to digest
complex standards and design internal tools, checklists, and workflows that keep teams compliant, confident, and audit-ready. You believe that operational integrity is part of the brand—and you’re here to protect it.

• Ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience managing compliance across physical products and/or digital services
Preferred Experience
• Background in health, beauty, food, wellness, or other regulated consumer sectors
• Exposure to ethical sourcing protocols and fair labor supply chain standards
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI, or data compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.)
• Prior experience in a high-growth or early-stage company environment
• Experience preparing compliance documentation for investors or regulators

compliance system architecture and execution

Why This Role Matters
Alvara is building ethical infrastructure but trust is only as strong as the systems behind it. As Regulation & Compliance Analyst, you’ll ensure every product we launch, every claim we make, and every interaction we have is grounded in integrity, traceability, and accountability. This is your opportunity to design compliance not just as a shield but as a foundation for scale.
ALVARA
ALVARA is neither related to, nor associated with the token ALVA. In fact, ALVARA's trust ecosystem deliberately rejects tokenomics and crypto-currencies. With good reason.
