The Role
Alvara is seeking a Marketing & Brand Manager to lead the execution of our brand voice, marketing strategy, and early community-building eSorts. This role is responsible for ensuring that the company’s
brand its story, tone, and values are consistently and powerfully expressed across all public-facing channels, both physical and digital.
You’ll manage campaign development, social content, experiential activations, and product launches in collaboration with Retail, Product, and Commercial leads. You’ll also help shape the early DNA of Alvara’s
voice, crafting narratives and frameworks that support global growth, vertical expansion, and investor visibility.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on creative marketer who wants to build something lasting - where storytelling meets infrastructure, and meaning meets momentum.
Key Deliverables in the First 12–18 Months
• Launch Alvara’s multi-channel brand presence across social, digital, print, packaging, and in-store media
• Manage brand rollout for Alvara Lab Miami, including campaign execution, event support, and IRL storytelling
• Build and execute Alvara’s content and communications calendar, including launches, updates, and thought leadership
• Develop brand frameworks and templates that scale across verticals and global markets
• Lead marketing eSorts for flagship product and platform releases in collaboration with Commercial team
• Develop KPIs and reporting structures for brand performance, campaign ROI, and engagement metrics
• Manage and coordinate with external creative vendors (designers, studios, copywriters) when needed
• Ensure brand compliance and message consistency across all internal and external comms
• Create product packaging and promotional content that reflects Alvara’s ethical sourcing and tech-forward mission
Who You Are
You are a creative and strategic brand builder who’s ready to move fast without compromising meaning.
You’re fluent in both aesthetics and analytics, and you understand that a strong brand is a business asset - not just a vibe. You’ve worked in fast-moving environments, managed campaigns across platforms, and
built brands that customers don’t just recognize, but believe in.
Minimum Qualifications
• 7+ years experience in marketing, brand, or creative strategy roles (agency or in-house)
• Experience developing and executing multi-platform marketing campaigns from strategy to delivery
• Strong portfolio of work across branding, storytelling, content, and campaign activation
• Fluency in managing social, email, in-store, and experiential content pipelines
• Demonstrated success owning brand KPIs and turning marketing insights into business growth
• Ability to write, edit, and shape brand language with precision and consistency
• Strong project management skills and ability to operate within cross-functional teams
Preferred Experience
• Worked in high-growth early-stage consumer or platform businesses
• Built marketing or brand playbooks for a new company or vertical launch
• Experience supporting physical retail or DTC product launches
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Webflow, and Klaviyo
• Exposure to sustainability, blockchain, or tech-meets-culture environments
Compensation
Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 base
Equity: Early team grant
Benefits: 32 Hour Work Week (Mon–Thu), Full medical, dental, vision, PTO, and full access to product and platform roadmap
Location: Remote (Miami Preferred)
Reports to: Head of Sales and Strategic Partnerships
Status: Role commences July 2025
