This is a values-first role created for individuals whose work, influence, or public presence has meaningfully advanced causes we hold at our core: truth in sourcing, ethical labor, sustainability, gender equity, and cultural integrity.

Founding Impact Partners join Alvara at the earliest stage as the brand establishes its global presence across the UK, Europe, and US, to help shape and support a collective vision of verified, conscious luxury.

Their involvement is light in commitment but deep in symbolism. They are the ethical backbone to our external voice.

• Offering a statement of belief or endorsement to coincide with retail launch
• Participating in one hero campaign or brand moment annually (optional)
• Providing light, values-led guidance to the founding team during key decisions or launches
• Representing Alvara informally to aligned press, panels, or causes when appropriate

• Equity or deferred participation frameworks offered individually
• Discreet, private engagement until launch; public alignment only when mutually agreed
• Recognition as a founding figure shaping the ethical future of verified beauty
