With a track record of deploying or advising on breakthrough technologies across global markets, this Advisor helps Alvara filter the signal from the noise, identifying the right collaborators, technical partners, and signals that position the company at the forefront of its category.

Advisory Structure & Equity Participation

Advisory roles at Alvara are structured around mutual respect, clear expectations, and long-term alignment. Advisors are asked to participate in a minimum of one strategic check-in per month

(approximately 1 hours), with flexibility for more engagement depending on interest, opportunity, or initiative.

In return, Advisors are granted equity participation in recognition of their insight, visibility, and ongoing contribution. Equity allocations are milestone-based and tied to active engagement. Advisors may also

receive early access to product launches, invitations to closed-door investor events, co-branded thought leadership opportunities, and public recognition across Alvara platforms.
